I would be remiss to not share this information with THOSE of you who might be interested. Notice I stress THOSE, if you are not interested than don't bother. This is not about sparking controversy BUT more about sharing information that I think has been sadly missing from the media.
Let me first start by saying, I was mortified by how Sarah Palin was treated by the media. I have been told my whole life that I could be anything I wanted when I "grow up". I have told my daughters the same thing. Today, I don't know if I believe it anymore. Let me also say this, I think any woman in a position of power gets treated unfairly, Hilary Clinton included. Why are women criticized more for how they look than what they have actually done? Hilary is ugly and wears pantsuits so therefore she must be bitter and mean- Sarah is beautiful so therefore she must be stupid. It's disgusting! Joe Biden was a single dad while in the Senate for many years did anyone ask him how he was going to raise his kids? NO. Do we ask Senators or Congressmen what designers they are wearing? NO. Why? Because it shouldn't matter. I am tired of women being treated like sex objects in the media and only important depending on what you wear and what you look like.
This documentary shows some insight into why and how this happened to Sarah Palin. I thought it sounded interesting so I am sharing it with you. Do with it what you will!

That is a good link. I was so outraged at the time of the election and am still mad. I just remember watching Katie Couric FLIRT with Barack Obama after basically giving Palin a history exam. So lame. If you ever get your hands on the documentary you'll have to do a post about it.
